Summit Safety & Compliance is a veteran-owned consulting firm based in Kentucky. Built from real field experience and industry knowledge, we help businesses create safer workplaces with the right programs, training, and ongoing support.

With hands-on experience in construction, heavy equipment, and field operations, we bring realistic solutions—not corporate buzzwords.



Our History

Summit Safety & Compliance began long before the company had a name. After years of working in health & safety  seeing firsthand how a strong safety culture can transform a workplace — and how the lack of one can lead to injuries, delays, and stress. Our founder saw a need for something different:
a safety partner who understood the challenges of real job sites, not just what’s written in the regulations.
